One of our team will visit your property and take professional looking photographs which will be compiled into a stylish, eye catching brochure with full property description.
Your brochure will be displayed and available for pick up in our office as well as being listed on Propertypal.com and our own company website www.cps-agency.com, with a digital copy emailed to prospective viewers giving your property the best chance of gaining a sale. We also actively use social media to promote homes and inform our database immediately when a new property becomes available. We also erect a For Sale sign at your property.
You tell us when you are available for viewings and potential buyers book an appointment through our system. After you conduct the viewing we ask the potential buyer for feedback which will be passed onto you.
When an offer has been made, we will inform you and help assist with negotiations between you and the potential buyer and work towards a successful resolution for both parties.
When the sale is agreed our team are here for you right until completion. We will draft the memorandum of sale and liaise with solicitors until your sale is completed.
