• Client contacted within 4-hour period.
• Attendance on site within 24-hour period.
• All personnel are qualified tradesmen (right person-right job).
• Each call-out will have completed maintenance sheet for time and materials breakdown.

Re-possession Management

CPS MAINTENANCE offers a service to allow the court bailiffs to easily and efficiently repossess properties. The CPS team will change all locks, drain water systems, make all electrics safe and take all meter readings. If items are still in the property after a notice to collect has expired the property will be cleared and any remedial repairs necessary to make the building fit for sale will be undertaken

An ongoing house and key sitting service is also available to make sure the property remains in a fit state whilst waiting to be sold.
